Victoria “Tori” Sam is originally from the metro Atlanta area, but has been in Fayette county since 2019. Tori graduated with her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Georgia in 2012, with a major in Exercise Science and then continued to the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences where she earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2015.
Since graduating, she has gained additional training in trigger point Dry Needling and vestibular physical therapy, as well as her certification as a Level 1 USA Weightlifting coach and Level 1 CrossFit Trainer.
Tori met her husband in physical therapy school and spent 3 years after graduating traveling the country, working as a physical therapist in a variety of settings. She has spent most of her career in outpatient orthopedic clinics, working with patients of all ages.
Starting at an early age, Tori developed a love for sports, participating in volleyball, basketball, softball, flag football, ultimate frisbee and even cheerleading. In 2014, she quickly fell in love with the sport of CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting. After moving to Fayette county, she joined Dirty South and immediately became plugged in to the community. She has a passion for helping others return to the sport they love, without pain or risk for further injury.
